I'm back again in '09!
This blog is for friends and students interested in Trinidad, steelband music, Panorama, Carnival, and what I'm actually doing here. I'll try and post pictures, audio and even video of my travels here.

Phase 2 wins Semifinals!
Taking the stage at 2:20am Sunday night (Mon. morning really) as the second last band to play, Phase 2 won the semi-finals at 280 points, 1 and 1/2 points above 2nd place All Stars. More later!!
